Who are we…
We are XennoTech Industries. Servicing the greater san Antonio area for well over 7 years now, we strive to be the best in the business. There is no ‘if we cant make it right, go here..’ because no matter what, you will walk away 110% satisfied with the work we do!
Why should I trust XennoTech with my Wii and/or computer?
In a nutshell: I have well over 10 years experience as a coder/programmer. I’ve worked at many fortune 500 companies in positions that deal exclusively with this. Dell, Apple and Microsoft are the big ones. I was a Network Administrator for dell.com for 3 years and subsequently obtained my Bachelors in Computer Sciences while I was there. I am also A+, MCSE+I and CCNA certified to go along with my extensive computer experience. I have taken this knowledge, combined it with my ability to learn new things (especially technical items like modding a gaming console) fairly quickly and have turned it into a successful business. I’ve been repairing computers for over 10 years and modding Wiis for over a year. I have 100’s of consoles modded with 0 bricks and offer a wide range of knowledge and insight to the modding process and will gladly share that with you.
That sounds really awesome. Can you tell me a little about what types of services are offered?
We strive to be the best at what we do. Currently, We offer in-house technical support on just about every platform you could imagine, from Windows 98 to pre-OS X mac computers. We also offer Nintendo Wii modding services. For PC technical services we offer outcalls; for Wii modding, we offer a drop-off service.
What types of packages and pricing do you have?
PC Technical services are a flat 40$ rate unless advanced services are required. This would include things like: advanced cisco router configurations, routers behind routers, setting up your class c/b/a network. Please call or email for rates regarding advanced services.
Wii modding is a 20$ flatrate and includes the following:
1) play backup games off of an external USB hard drive
2) Play games (if supported by your console, please contact for details) on burnt DVD-R media
3) Backup your games to an external USB hard drive
4) the ability to play DVDs (if supported by your wii)
5) the ability to play mp3s and other videos via usb hard drive or sd card
6) the ability to stream media wirelessly from your home pc
7) the homebrew internet browser (one click emulator downloads and other neat applications for the wii).
8) Complete backup of your Nintendo wii’s core operating system files and storage on my remote server.
9) Lifetime warranty on all labor (malicious and/or intentional damages not included)
What is the average turn-around time?
Most pc-related issues are handled at your home or business and I do not leave until the job is completed to your satisfaction. Wii mods are handled on-site and usually have a 1-2 hour turnaround time. We’ve extended the time it takes to mod a console due to the testing that’s being done to ensure maximum compatibility.
* playing games on DVD-R media is only available on wiis that were manufactured in 2008 and earlier ** requires netflix subscription . *** do not call us asking for pirated games.

I will install all of the programs necessary for the USER to do this and I am in no way held responsible for anything the USER does with their device. If you download a GAME free and you like it, purchase it. Please do not ask me for games as I do not have any except the original games that I own. To reiterate: I do not support software piracy, I will not show you where to download games at, I will NOT load your SD card with old school games like other craigslist modders will and I will not let you copy my external hard drive, so please… do not ask.
