Service and Repair
Repair Rates:

Estimate Fee: Calculated on our hourly rate with a minimum charge of $40.00 (Applied to labor if estimate is approved).

Hourly labor rate: $60.00

Expedited "RUSH" service: customer responsible for rush shipping charges for parts and shipping of unit . At this time there are no RUSH service fees added on labor. Subject to change depending on our work load.


Our general turn-around time is 2-5 days and depending on the current workload and availability of parts. All repairs are covered by a 30-day parts and labor warranty.

Repair Policies:

All repairs are covered by a 30 day parts and labor warranty. This warranty covers only the original customer complaint and work done. Problems that occur within the 30-day warranty period that are unrelated to the original customer complaint and original repair will not be covered.

Not responsible for lost or damaged drive data. It is the customer's responsibility to back-up data in case of hard drive or system failure.

Shipping Instructions:

We recommend that all packages be packed securely by UPS safety standards and that insurance and tracking be included. Items that are packed insufficiently will be re-packed by AKRP and charged for additional packing materials before being shipped back.
All shipments must include a note describing the problem or service/repair needed. Also include full name, shipping address, home and/or cell phone number, and e-mail.
