Aromatic Hot Towels are blended into your massage treatment combining the benefits of moist heat and massage to melt away your stress. Hot towel treatments are a luscious treat for your mind and body!

***My Signature Massage is a Thai Yoga fusion of Asian Bodywork techniques blended with classic Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques for a truly Zen-like experience! Thai Yoga Massage technique uses point pressure along your body’s energy lines and muscle stretching and compression in rhythmic gentle rocking movements. I utilize my palms, thumbs, elbows, knees and sometimes my feet in repetitive and flowing movements to stretch and compress your body from to toe.
After just one session, you will be amazed by your increased flexibility, decreased stress level, and elevated sense of well being. Thai massage is highly EFFECTIVE in reducing stress, loosening your muscles and joints, relaxing and revitalizing to your mind, body, soul and spirit~ In essence it is what I call "Nirvana Optimized"!
