Thai Yoga Massage technique uses point pressure along your body’s energy lines and muscle stretching and compression in rhythmic gentle rocking movements. I utilize my palms, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet in repetitive and flowing movements to stretch and compress your body from head to toe.
